My name is Jerviece Cox Manning, and I am the 7th grade science teacher for Huey L. Porter Middle School. I am the wife of Christopher Manning, and the honored mother of 6 beautiful children - Brison, Brandon, Chandler, Christian, Preston, and Kiersten Manning. I grew up in the small town of Lake Village, Arkansas. I graduated summa cum laude, with my Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration from Jackson State University. I am currently pursuing my Masters of Art in Teaching Degree from Belhaven University. This is my second year being employed with Canton Public School District. It has been a privilege to be a teacher at Porter Middle School. As an educator, it is my desire to assure that all students have the opportunity to receive the best quality education as they set and reach their future goals in becoming the "BEST" they can be.
