Welcome to Information and Communication Technology I (ICT I)!  I am Ms. Keion Franklin and I am elated to have the pleasure of actively engaging your child in my classroom this year!

Information and Communication Technology I is an innovative, instructional course that prepares students to effectively use technology in learning, communication, and life.  Students in ICT I complete study in interpersonal and self-directional skills, basic technology operation and technology concepts, ethical issues in technology, keyboarding, technology communication tools, technology applications, and social media.  In ICT I, students will also gain experience in word processing and career exploration.  These foundation skills will not only prepare students for ICT II, but will also provide them with the basic tools for becoming successful in their future workforce.
